Hello, welcome to Mr. Dukes Zoom Room. Mr. Dukes is a life long resident of the City of Chester a 1987 Graduate of Chester High School. Mr. Dukes has been employed in the Chester Upland School District for a number years serving various roles outside of being School Climate Manager for both 9th Grade Academy and Emotional Support Program. Mr. Dukes takes CPRIDE when interacting with students & parents to promote a Positive School Climate which is a safe environment for all.
